Orchid Mon Symbol

This Symbol is a Mon.
A Mon is a Japanese family crest.
This particular Mon is one of an ORCHID.
This motif is hand-painted repeatedly throughout the kimono as a pattern.

From the scent of a single orchid comes the dream of a million springs.
Her eyes close gently over the passing of her childhood, and she breathes in
deeply the fragrant blossom of her womanhood and new beginnings.
